Marvin Dion Serrette, is a young and upcoming professional in the Hospitality and Tourism sector. At an early age, he discovered a love and passion for the industry. This translated to his pursuit of knowledge and experience through the successful attendance and completion of academic qualifications at several local and international institutions. These include:

• Trinidad & Tobago Hospitality & Tourism Institute – Diploma in Front Office & Travel Agency Operations.
• Tobago Hospitality & Tourism Institute – Associate Degree in Tourism Studies
• Australian Institute of Business – Bachelor of Business Administration (Tourism & Hospitality Management).
• George Washington University (DC) – Certificate in Events Management

In addition to the qualifications obtained, he gained significant experience and knowledge at several local and internationally based accommodation properties throughout Trinidad & Tobago namely: The Hyatt Regency, Carlton Savannah, Kapok Hotel, Cascadia Hotel, Tobago Plantations & The Villas at Stonehaven to name a few.

He is desirous of adding value to the Hospitality & Tourism Industry at both the local and regional level through networking with creative individuals and organizations who share similar goals and aspirations.

As a Director at KEM Advisory Services Solutions Limited, he is engaged in cross-national & cross-cultural dialogue with other professionals in a bid to create and expand ideas to better improve the industry.
