Ms. Sarrana James is a diligent, hard-working, and multifaceted young professional with over 2 years’ experience in customer service.

She currently holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology with First Class Honours from the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine, Trinidad.

Sarrana believes that mental health is an important everyday function for the people in society. She seeks to provide psychological support to foster the development of mental health and mental awareness.

Sarrana previously held the position of Assistant Secretary 2021/2022 with the Guild of Students at the University of the West Indies, St Augustine.

She currently plays an integral part in the Tobago Business Register Survey 2023, which is a project being spearheaded by the Planning Department, Office of the Chief Secretary.

With these experiences, Ms. James is making a tremendous contribution as Secretary for KEMASSL. Her role gives her the opportunity to provide ALL clients with the Tobago Beyond experience, which may ultimately promote relaxation, rejuvenation, and recuperation.
